Continuous Strand Weaving on a Hazel Rose Square Loom with Super Bulky Weight yarn
Getting Purly With It - Nancy's 2 Fri. Workshop
I took this workshop with Nancy (@gettingpurlywithit) at the NJ Sheep & Wool Festival last month and loved it. It is a fun accessible project. You do not need any previous skills to do it, and with the two classes (with some work in between) you will pretty much finish a poncho - minus the fringe. Great first weaving project. Great quick gifts.
Students will learn how to use the Hazel Rose Square Loom and how to connect the squares into a poncho or blanket. We will also talk about combining colors and yarns.
